Great hotel with room for improvement

Excellent ambience and facilities. Rooms are comfortable but not always well maintained - general cleanliness has been hit or miss with each stay. Restaurant service can be a bit slow when busy. A regular update of dinner offerings would be good. Breakfast has a large selection but feels stagnant with the same hot dishes every morning
